i want a sewing machine. i haven't sewed since my apparel class in high school. i think i'd mostly be using it for crafts and stuff like that. don't really see myself sewing too many of my own clothes! any suggestions?
Singer makes a nice basic machine...that's what I have and I love it. My mom has had a Singer forever. They last a long time!
The only other brand I have experience with is Janome...that's what my monogramming machine is and I love it. I haven't ever used their regular machines, though.
Yeah, I'm a singer fan, too. I don't have any experience with other brands because my mom gave me the singer she's had since I was born and its still kickin'. Plus, we bought the heavy duty singer which has helped with my diaper obsession. :)
